Workshop Pragmatic modeling using UML and beyond¶
Pragmatic modeling using UML is a highly interactive workshop where participants are taught the use of the most important modeling techniques of UML and beyond. Participants are led through a small software development project. The workshop demonstrates a clear and pragmatic road map for modeling in projects. The workshop will answer important questions such as which modeling techniques do I need? How do these modeling techniques relate to each other? To what level of detail do I need to model? Moreover, the participants are introduced to the role of modeling in service oriented architecture (SOA), in agile projects, and in model driven architecture (MDA).
Objectives
Projects immediately benefit from this workshop, as the practical guidelines, best practices and tips can be applied at once to improve the quality of modeling, and the speed of development.
