ADM Build postponed

Whilst building the framework against Mono some CLS-complaint errors came up. For instance: error CS3003: Type of `Adf.Win.Process.WinView.Task' is not CLS-compliant

Although these issues also exist when compiling againt the MS .Net Framework, under MS technology these are mere warnings. For now development on ADM is postponed until the CLS-compliant errors are solved.
